We are available via TELEPHONE six (6) days a week. Sundays we attend only on an emergency basis.

Check out time: 11:00 AM
3-night (weekend) and weekly stays, require a 72 hour notice of cancellation, a small fee of $25.00 will be applied, otherwise your advance deposit will be forfeited. No refunds or camping credits due to acts of nature. Site preference is noted on reservation but not guaranteed. No refunds given on any month-to-month sites.
Guests are required to provide their own RV and vehicles insurance. You are responsible for securing your own personal property, and to provide necessary protection in case of accident, loss or injury. We hope you enjoy your stay with us, Welcome to Bellamont!
Month-to-month stays require a one-time deposit and do not include electric, all other utilities are included (High speed internet, water, wastewater, trash...)
- Deluxe sites $650 - Approx. 1,800 sq. ft. pad sites with yard and some with picket fences (neighbors on 3 sides), accommodate up to 30' RVs
- Royale sites $680 - Approx.2,500 - 2.800 sq. ft. Yard and picket fences, some with shade trees. No neighbors behind you. Accommodate 30'+ ft. RVs
Weekly rate $295: All utilities and internet included.
3 Night Stay (weekend) rate $195: All utilities and internet included.
RV/Trailer parking ONLY: $95/mo. (pre-approval required) - Great discounts on RV Parking ONLY for current residents.
Rates accommodate two adults and two children. Additional child/adult rate is $50 per guest
High Speed Business Class Internet included with private passcodes
Custom built 10x10 storage shed for an extra $95/month. First come, first serve. Please note, back-to-back sites will not accommodate a storage unit.

10-12 minutes to Lost Pines Hyatt Resort, and Circuit of the Americas (COTA) F1 racetrack
<20 minutes to Austin airport and 25 minutes to downtown Austin
Five minute drive to Fisherman's Park (swimming, fishing, SUP, kayaking, boating) and downtown Bastrop.

RV rigs must be in good condition and not older than ten (10) years. Older rigs/vintage must submit 4 pictures (front/back, left/right) and are subject to PRE-APPROVAL.
We reserve the right to perform background checks and can refuse service to anyone.

Note:
- We reserve the right to refuse service to any rig based on appearance and/or condition.
- Any rig over 10 years must be approved by management.
- Rates include 2 adults/2 children. Additional guests are $50/month
Pet Policy
When outdoors, dogs must be on hand-held leash at all times
30 lb. limit for dogs - Two pets maximum per household.
NO pit bulls, dobermans, rottweilers, mastiffs, German shepherds (or aggressive dog breeds, including mixed with these breeds) or excessive barking
Please clean up after your pet

Absolutely NO FIREWORKS!
No open flames/burning, unless using a fire pit/grill
Quiet Hours 9:30 pm - 8:30 am
Outdoor structures and set ups must be removable and pre-approved

Important Information Regarding Reservations
Your RV Park reservation is guaranteed for arrival on the confirmed check-in date only, no early move in without prior approval, and payment. If you have a month-to-month reservation and you will arrive late, please advise the office as soon as possible. If you chose to cancel, and you will not be entitled to a refund for payments made.
Guests that have made a weekly or a 3-night reservation and cancel at least 72 hours in advance are entitled to a refund minus a small cancellation fee of $25.00, without the required notice, you will forfeit any refund - All sites will accommodate up to two adults/2 children. Extra guests fee is $50/guest.
Once the booking of your reservation is accepted, Bellamont will charge your credit card the total cost of your stay.
Reservation cannot be changed without notifying us, and under no circumstances can be transferred. If your reservation is not accepted, your credit card will not be charged.
Adults must provide a valid photo ID and credit card prior to check-in. The credit card is required for any additional specific service fees or incidental charges and must remain on file for month to month guests for invoice payments on the 1st. of each month.
